The Alter Method Founder Julian Guderley has a mission to empower individuals to embrace their true selves, awaken their potential, and foster a more connected and authentic world. As the founder of Alter Method, he brings extensive experience in leadership and personal growth to the table, focusing on authenticity, wisdom, and fostering connections. Julian’s journey

Over the past 20 years Julian has lived on three continents, traveled to 60+ countries and learned to speak 5 languages fluently. In this time he has hosted close to a hundred Events for thousands of people. It’s his passion to support high level entrepreneurs and their teams. Because of his sharp business acumen Julian is a strategic partner to select entrepreneurs and key clients. Julian is a lifelong learner with an unbreakable enthusiasm for seeding positive change.

Julian has hosted 360+ Podcast Interviews with his label Green Planet Blue Planet and for other syndications such as Better Worlds, Planet Positive Ventures.
